Individual Therapy

I have experience helping people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem and identity issues, broken relationships, marital and couple distress, life transitions, grief and loss, addiction, physical or sexual trauma, and spiritual concerns.

Every individual I work with has their own unique experience of pain and brokenness. For this reason I make it my chief goal to tailor my treatment to the unique person with whom I sit. My overarching goal is to help each client become a more fully integrated person. As people under my care become more aware of the integrated nature of their own being they learn to draw upon all their personal resources in the healing process. They become more skilled at understanding, managing and resolving whatever it was that prompted them to seek my counsel. Only now, they are equipped to handle other painful experiences that life might bring. Therapy is not only about relieving pain. It is about learning from pain and growing through pain. It is about being guided through pain to places of deeper self-awareness and resilience, and more authentic connection with others.
